Family Visas

Australian family visas are designed to allow eligible family members of Australian citizens, permanent residents, and eligible New Zealand citizens to join their loved ones in Australia.

There are several types of family visas available, including the Partner visa, the Parent visa, the Child visa, and the Remaining Relative visa.

These visas have different eligibility requirements and application processes, but generally, they require proof of the family relationship, health and character checks, and financial support.

The length of stay, work and study conditions, and eligibility for permanent residency vary depending on the specific visa category.

Some family visas may have lengthy processing times and significant application fees, but may provide a pathway for family reunification in Australia.
