What is a tailored pathway?

​Permanent residency is a goal that many would like to achieve. After completing their studies, numerous international students make the decision to move to Australia permanently.
Others come to visit and end up falling in love with the country and decide to call Australia home.
As Australia is rich in opportunities, many professionals seek to have a successful career in Australia.
How does it work?
Becoming a permanent resident may sound like an easy task, but the Australian migration system is complex and as we have seen many times before, it can drastically change without notice.

As everyone`s circumstance is unique and there is no absolute best option, a Registered Migration Agent who understands different visa programs, will be able to assist you in choosing the most suitable pathway for each situation.

We have divided this process into 6 steps:

Step 1 - Eligibility
​
The first step is to assess your eligibility. We will ask you to provide us with specific documents and information related to your end goal. Based on our assessment, we will evaluate all potential options, including our recommendations and time frames, the costs and risks involved in the process, and finally, all the steps necessary to reach permanent residency.
Step 2 – Tailored pathway

Once the most suitable pathway has been chosen, we will create:

a tailored questionnaire, to help us collect all the data needed to prepare your visa application.

a tailored and detailed document check list to help you collect the right documents

a unique and safe shared folder, where you will be able to upload the requested documents, allowing us to review them in real time.
With our experience, legal analysis skills and migration knowledge, we will assess the data provided and we will prepare a decision ready for application.
Step 3 - Submission

Once we have assessed all the documentation and ensured that the application is ready to be submitted, we will proceed with the electronic lodgement of the visa application to the DOHA or other body. The application will also be supported by a strong submission presenting all the evidence and addressing all eventual concerns.
Step 4 – Decision Ready Application
​
Depending on the visa application type, we will ensure you will have all the required documentation necessary to receive an immediate decision on your visa application.
If the decision cannot be made based on the available information, the Department of Home Affairs (DOHA) may request further information to support your application within a short timeframe.
Step 5 – Outcome
​
There is no better feeling than receiving a call from us, giving you the good news that your visa has been granted and that your new Australian adventure will begin.
As soon as we will receive your visa grant letter, we will explain you in detail each condition (if any) attached to your visa.
In some circumstances, the outcome may not be what you wished for.
But rest assured that we will continue to assist you to work towards your goal.
Step 6 – Keep you updated

Having a visa granted does not mean you no longer require migration assistance. In fact, the visa you have just been granted might be only the first step to reach your permanent residency.

For these reasons, we will support you for the whole duration of your visa, ensuring that you will not miss important dates, such as visa expiry date and eligibility.
